Notes from FileMaker 'Cross-Reference Titles' field: 2-album boxed set. SEE ALSO: CD recording, catalog #878CD. "This recording is a bootleg made by MDH Records and put into the numbered box sets enclosed. MDH Records, (Modern Doghouse Records) was made up of at least 3 people that I know of (and I may have these names wrong): Karl Metzenberg [Class of 1954] Mike Mccrary [Class of 1958] and Sandy Parsons [Class of 1956] my father. Karl was the marketer, Sandy the sound engineer, and I am not sure the role Mike played. Both Karl and Mike are alive today--Sandy, unfortunately is not." (Excerpt from letter included with the album set from Sandy Parson's daughter, Jessica Hickey, 2014)
