Dreyer (Reed student), Dr. Frank Hurley (Reed faculty), Virginia Shirley (Portland League of Women Voters); Dr. William Fielding Ogburn; Dr. Carl Van Doren; World Government; United Nations; Prospectus for Congress: "The Student's Stake in the Atomic Age"; Reed President Peter Odegard. "Sixty-four delegates from 32 colleges and universities will come to Reed college April 5 and 6 for the first collegiate congress in the nation to discuss ways of strengthening world organization in the atomic age."
