Biographical / Historical

The Alumni Association oversees Reed College alumni relations. The earliest Board of Management minutes in the archives date to 1910. One draft of the Alumni Association Board of Management constitution, written in 1946, states, “Objects of the association shall be to serve as a means of communication between, and promote the welfare of, graduates and undergraduates of Reed College, to maintain a spirit of fellowship among them, and to unite them in active support of the ideals and interests of Reed College.” Over the years, the Alumni Association has held reunions, raised funds, thrown events, published newsletters, and conducted alumni surveys.
