Titles stored in manuscript boxes in main shelving and on reading room shelving by storage need.
Previous arrangement included call numbers for some publications; call numbers are still physically present on some items, but no longer used for arrangement purposes.

Immediate Source of Acquisition
Acquistion varies by publication. Publications available in the library lobby are picked up and added by Special Collections and Archives staff. Publications produced by Reed offices are transferred by the office's staff, sometimes at the request of Special Collections and Archives staff. As of Jan. 2018, one copy of the Quest is kept and sent for binding by the Library's Collection Services dept., and then transferred to archives.
